This document consists of all scales and fingerings, with Finger 1 highlighted out to remind students where to tuck in their thumb.

From my teaching experience, having scales spelled-out for the student, and having the Circle of Fifths at the front cover for them to refer to from time to time has helped them immensely in memorising the scales, thus giving them a sense of achievement.

It consists of:

• Circle of Fifths

• Rule of harmonic and melodic minor (which to raise)

• Relationship between relative major and minor

• All major scales

• All harmonic minor scales

• All melodic minor scales
